The second phase of development will take place on the remaining seven acres of the site, everything south of 41st St. This phase will provide approximately 1,000,000 SF of office space, 250 market-rate residential units, ground-floor retail activation, and a continuation of accessible open-space that will connect seamlessly with the activity created within the first phase.

This development phase will take place following the commencement of the first phase. Infrastructure work for both phases (the entire site) is under-way and will be completed 2Q 2018.
